I know firsthand how broken the hiring market is. In 2022, after having my first child and buying our home, I was laid off. Suddenly, I found myself in a grueling seven-month job search, struggling with rejection, ghosting, and the overwhelming pressure of providing for my family. It was lonely, frustrating, and terrifying—not getting interviews despite hours of applications.
But through that experience, I learned. I mastered ATS systems, resume optimization, networking, and the hidden strategies that actually get interviews. I started helping friends and colleagues, refining a system that worked.
